Idris El Mizouni makes his return to Leyton Orient

Idris El Mizouni is rejoining a club he knows well. With two years remaining on his contract at Oxford United, the Tunisian international midfielder has left the team to bounce back in English League One.

It's Leyton Orient, competing in League One (the third tier of English football), that has once again opened its doors to Idris El Mizouni, offering him a three-year contract. The 24-year-old, who came up through the Ipswich Town academy, had already worn Leyton Orient’s colors from August 2022 to May 2024 during a highly successful loan spell.

His versatility, passing range, and discipline in midfield left a strong impression on the fans. The Paris-born player will look to regain consistency in a familiar and ambitious environment, with a club aiming for the top of the league.
