It's official: Bara Sabouko Ndiaye stays at Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich and Gambinos Stars have reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of Bara Sabouko Ndiaye.

Long-term contract and impressive start

The 18-year-old Senegalese midfielder joined on loan last January. In just six months, he caught the eye of Vincent Kompany after making four appearances in the Bundesliga and featuring in the World Cup, where he played 24 minutes against Belgium.

Convinced by his potential, Bayern paid around €3 million to snatch him from Gambinos Stars. According to Fabrizio Romano, the young Lion will sign a five-year contract until June 2031 with the German champions. The official announcement is expected next week, according to the same source.

Focus on preseason

Bara is expected to join the squad immediately as training resumes. The young player’s goal is to make his mark from this very season. With this move, the German champions secure one of the brightest talents in Senegalese football.
