Kofi Asare leaves Sweden for Finland
Kofi Asare has officially switched jerseys. The 24-year-old Ghanaian winger is leaving Landskrona BoIS to join Inter Turku, the current leaders of the Finnish league.
This departure comes at a crucial moment for Landskrona, who are still chasing promotion to the Allsvenskan. The Scanian club now trails the qualifying spot by eight points and loses a key player from their squad in the final stretch of the season.
In a farewell message, Asare took the time to thank everyone at the club:
I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Landskrona BoIS—players, management, and fans. I learned a lot here and made great memories. BoIS will always have a special place in my heart.
