Rennes revelation Mahamadou Nagida is reportedly being closely followed by several major European teams. Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, FC Porto and Juventus are said to be among the interested clubs. However, Rennes would not be looking to facilitate his departure as early as January.

Nagida, a profile attracting top European clubs

The name of Mahamadou Nagida is beginning to circulate among several major clubs across the continent. According to information from transfer specialist Ekrem Konur, Borussia Dortmund are closely monitoring the progress of the Cameroonian left-back. Other prestigious clubs are also reportedly keeping an eye on his situation, notably PSG, Inter Milan, FC Porto and Juventus.

At 21, the Cameroon international has attracted the attention of several teams that could offer him a new step in his career. Having joined Stade Rennais in July 2024, Nagida still has a contract running until June 30, 2029. He has made 13 appearances for the Cameroon national team, and his market value is estimated at €10 million.

Rennes prioritise stability ahead of the summer transfer window

Although several suitors are monitoring the defender, a departure during the winter transfer window appears unlikely. According to the same source, Stade Rennais want to keep Nagida at least until the end of the season and would not be prepared to facilitate his transfer. However, an exceptionally high financial offer could lead them to change their stance.

The Breton club had reportedly already rejected a proposal from Beşiktaş worth around €5 million in February 2026. With a contract running until 2029, Rennes retain significant leverage in this matter. If the suitors maintain their interest, the summer transfer window could become a decisive period for the Cameroonian's future.
