Mercato: Big Five clubs on the trail of the new Eto'o

Cameroonian prodigy Christian Kofane continues to attract the interest of Europe's football powerhouses.

At just 18 years old, the former AS Nylon talent is making waves in Liga 2 with Albacete.

According to Spanish outlet “La Razon”, five clubs are chasing the Cameroonian gem: Real Betis, Real Madrid, Sevilla, Chelsea, and Monaco.

Additionally, "Mundo Deportivo" reports that Atletico Madrid is also interested and considering a summer swoop.

It's a star-studded chase for this emerging revelation, who seems fully equipped to become the new Samuel Eto'o thanks to his lethal finishing inside the penalty area.

For the record, Christian Kofane has a release clause set at 5 million euros in his contract with Albacete.

In 15 Liga 2 appearances, the young Cameroonian striker has scored 6 goals and provided just one assist.
