Mercato: El Hadji Malick Diouf set to sign with the Hammers

It's almost a done deal! El Hadji Malick Diouf is set to sign for West Ham.

El Hadji Malick Diouf is now on the verge of joining the Premier League. According to information from Foot Mercato, the versatile left-back is very close to reaching an agreement with the Hammers.

An agreement has been reached between West Ham and Slavia Prague, where the Senegal international has been playing since last summer. He will undergo his medical next week before signing his contract immediately after.

Diouf may play his final match for Slavia Prague this afternoon against Dynamo Dresden, before bidding farewell to his soon-to-be former teammates.
