Mercato: Stéphane Aziz Ki already unwanted by Wydad?

Burkinabé international Stéphane Aziz Ki might not be sticking around for long with the Moroccan club Wydad.

Signed last June from Young Africans, the 29-year-old has already been placed on the transfer list by head coach Mohamed Amine Benhachem.

Unconvinced by his contribution, the Moroccan coach has informed the club president that he won't be counting on him for the 2025-2026 season.

This decision comes as a surprise, especially since the Moroccan football giant did not hesitate to break the bank to secure his signing.

The Adjamé-born midfielder from Côte d'Ivoire saw limited game time at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

He played just 6 minutes in the opening match against Manchester City, followed by only 3 minutes in the second game against Juventus.
