Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane set for a big payday with Al Ahly

Tunisian international Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane is about to hit the jackpot with his new club, Al Ahly.

The former Ferencváros player is expected to sign a four-year contract with the Egyptian football giant in the coming hours.

According to the Egyptian press, the "Eagle of Carthage" will pocket close to 5 million dollars over the duration of his contract.

At 25 years old, the Tunis native will make his debut for the "Club of the Century" on June 15, in the opening match of the Club World Cup group stage against Inter Miami (USA).

Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane's record with Ferencváros

The Tunisian midfielder joined the Hungarian side in 2023 as a free agent. He featured in 74 matches across all competitions, tallying 8 goals and 11 assists.
