Mons Bassouamina is turning a new page in his career. The Congo Brazzaville international striker is leaving Clermont Foot to sign with Pafos FC, a club competing in the top tier of Cypriot football.
The Cypriot club made the move official on Tuesday via its website. Bassouamina, 27, has signed a two-year deal, tying him to the club until May 31, 2027. After representing Clermont, the former Niort and Pau player is set to experience a new league and aims to reignite his career on the Mediterranean island.
An exciting challenge awaits the forward, who has several caps with the Red Devils.
