Naples: Zambo Anguissa has decided his future

Cameroonian international midfielder Zambo Anguissa has reportedly made a major decision in recent days regarding his future at the Italian club Napoli.

Last season, Zambo Anguissa netted six goals and provided five assists in 35 Serie A appearances. The Cameroonian was a crucial figure in the club’s charge for the Scudetto—his second with Napoli in just three seasons.

Despite this fairy-tale run, Zambo Anguissa appeared to be on his way out, with the player eager to seek new challenges. However, according to information from Il Mattino, as reported by Tuttomercatoweb, the situation has taken a turn.

The Cameroonian midfielder has reportedly opened talks with the Partenopei to extend his contract, which is set to expire this summer. The international star would see his current net salary rise from €2.5 million per season to over €3 million plus bonuses.
