Official: Gaoussou Diarra joins Feyenoord

On Friday, July 4, 2025, Feyenoord officially announced the signing of Gaoussou Diarra. The Malian international arrives from Istanbulspor.

It's official this Friday: Gaoussou Diarra has signed a contract with Feyenoord until mid-2029. The Malian is now tied to Rotterdam for the same duration as he was with Istanbul.

"It's fantastic to be able to play for a major European club like Feyenoord," the young winger told the club's website. "I'm very happy that Feyenoord is giving me the time and trust I need to become a player at this level. I can't wait to get started and I hope I'll soon be able to prove my worth." he added.

As a professional footballer, Gaoussou Diarra made his mark in the Turkish second division. In 33 matches, the Malian forward scored 16 goals and provided 2 assists.
