Tempting offers for Ivorian international Malick Yalcouyé from across Europe

After a stellar loan spell with SK Sturm Graz, the young Ivorian striker made 26 appearances in the league and also made eight appearances in the Champions League. He was also awarded several league honours for his performances in the domestic league as well as in other competitions.

The Austrian club wanted to renew his contract for a longer period, but then it seems that negotiations didn't go as well as they had hoped, so the player returned to Brighton in England and is currently in pre-season.

German interest in the player's services

Freiburg have set their sights on Brighton's Malick Yalcouye and are pushing to secure the talented winger on loan with an option to buy. The German club is reportedly convinced by the player's abilities and believes he could be a valuable addition to their squad, though they still need to persuade Brighton to agree to the deal.

With his current contract running until 2029, Yalcouye has ample time to develop and refine his game.
