Tolu Arokodare in AC Milan's sights

In their search for a new centre-forward, AC Milan have set their sights on Tolu Arokodare, the Nigerian international striker currently playing for KRC Genk.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the Rossoneri are in advanced talks with the Belgian club for the 23-year-old goal scorer. Standing at 1.98m, Arokodare is coming off a convincing season: 23 goals and 7 assists in 45 matches. He impresses with his profile as a powerful target man, able to lead the line just as Olivier Giroud has in recent seasons.

Milan are looking for a player capable of complementing Santiago Gimenez, who was signed in January. Valued between €20 and €25 million, Arokodare represents a more affordable option than Victor Boniface, who is priced at €70 million. Already capped three times for Nigeria, Arokodare could take a major step forward by joining Serie A.
