The Turkish club Fenerbahçe has officially started negotiations with VfB Stuttgart with the aim of signing Congolese international Silas Katompa Mvumpa during the ongoing summer transfer window, according to information from the German newspaper Kicker.

Despite a season marred by absences, Silas managed to make his mark. He played 16 Bundesliga matches, scored 5 goals and provided 1 assist, playing a key role in Stuttgart’s title-winning campaign.
