FC Metz is set to welcome Ghanaian defender Terry Yegbe in the coming hours.

According to Foot Mercato, FC Metz is on the verge of signing a new central defender. The player in question is Terry Yegbe, currently playing for Elfsborg in the Swedish top flight. The Ghana international is about to sign with the current bottom-placed team in the French league. The French outlet reports that Yegbe is already undergoing his medical, with an agreement already reached between the two clubs.

Metz will pay €3 million for the 24-year-old, who has one cap for Ghana, plus an additional €1 million in bonuses.
