Former international with Belgium's youth teams, the Club Bruges star recently switched his sports nationality from Belgian to Moroccan.

Suffering from a muscle injury, he missed his club's last match against Charleroi in the Jupiler Pro League.
According to the Belgian site walfoot, this injury will not prevent him from joining the "Atlas Lions." He will be fit for the two matches against Niger and Tanzania in the World Cup 2026 qualifiers.

In 37 matches played across all competitions, he has scored 7 goals and provided 5 assists.
Sought after by several European clubs, he is expected to leave Club Bruges at the end of the current season.
