World Cup 2026 qualifiers: Morocco without Osame Sahraoui
Morocco will not be able to count on forward Osame Sahraoui during this March international break.

A former Norwegian international, the Lille player joined the "Atlas Lions" last October after changing his sporting nationality, in accordance with the regulations of the International Federation of Football Association (FIFA).
According to the Moroccan newspaper Almountakhab, he will miss both matches against Niger and Tanzania due to health reasons.
The Oslo native will have to return to his club to continue treatment with the hope of becoming competitive again before the resumption of Ligue 1.
Osame Sahraoui's record in the 2024-2025 season
In 38 matches played with LOSC Lille across all competitions, he scored 5 goals and provided 4 assists.
As a reminder, he was recruited by the northern club during the last summer transfer window from Heerenveen for the sum of 8 million euros, while his market value is estimated at 12 million euros.
