According to the Moroccan sports newspaper Almountakhab, the former Wydad Casablanca coach believes the player is still not physically ready to make his grand return to the National Team.
As a reminder, the former Ajax Amsterdam player recently joined the Qatari club Al-Duhail SC as a free agent after terminating his contract with Turkish club Galatasaray.
Ziyech's record with Morocco
A former international with the Dutch youth teams, Hakim Ziyech played his first match with the “Atlas Lions” in 2015 against Ivory Coast.
Since then, he has participated in 64 matches, scoring 25 goals and providing 12 assists.
