Zamalek Resume Pre-Season Training Ahead of 2024/25 Campaign

Zamalek SC resumed their 1st team training on Monday launching full preparations for the upcoming 2024 /25 season under head coach Yannick Ferrera.

Tactical Talk & Fitness Focus

Before the session, the Belgian manager delivered technical briefing to the players laying out the next phase of the training plan and urging them to stay fully focused.

The training began with intensive physical session led by Spanish fitness coach Raul Lopez featuring range of exercises aimed at boosting player fitness. The squad also went through light ball drills to build sharpness gradually.

Camp Confirmed in New Capital

Sporting Director John Edward met with Football Director Abdel Nasser Mohamed on the sidelines to finalize the remaining details of Zamalek’s upcoming closed training camp which'll begin Tuesday 16 Jul in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital and run until 27 Jul.

Players Back from Short Break

The squad had been granted rest after 1 - 0 friendly win over Orange SC on Friday as part of early pre season match preparations.
