Zamalek's Financial Woes Deepen: Court Backs Pacheco, More Fines Ahead
Zamalek's officially approached the Swiss Federal Court for the full details of the ruling that rejected their appeal regarding the case of former head coach Jaime Pacheco.

Zamalek’s Appeal Rejected by Swiss Court
The Swiss Federal Court upheld the decision in favor of Pacheco granting him 880000 euro following the termination of his contract with Zamalek.
The club had attempted to negotiate payment installment plan for the overdue amount but Pacheco insisted on full payment.
Steps Towards Resolving the Issue
In statement on Monday Zamalek confirmed that the request for the court's reasoning aligns with standard procedures in such cases as they seek to resolve the matter efficiently.
Zamalek Faces Series of Financial Penalties
The club's recently encountered string of international fines including penalty of 2.45 million dolar to Moroccan striker Khaled Boutayeb and nearly 1 million dollar fine to ghanaian midfielder Benjamin Acheampong.
Additionally Zamalek's president Hussein Labib, stated that the club had also incurred fines exceeding 2 million dollar in outstanding payments to Sporting CP and the coaching staff of former manager Jesualdo Ferreira.
