Egypt is gearing up to take part in the 2026 Women's AFCON. The tournament will be held in Morocco from July 26 to August 16.

Given a second chance thanks to their FIFA ranking, despite suffering a double defeat against Ghana in the second round of qualifiers (0-3, 0-4), the Cleopatras are set for their third Women's AFCON appearance, following 2008 and 2016, both times exiting at the group stage.
