The "Mares" of Burkina Faso finally claimed their first-ever win at the Africa Cup of Nations. After Adèle Naomi Kabre opened the scoring in the 43rd minute, Tanzania bounced back with an equalizer from Aisha Mononka in the 62nd, despite being a player down after Adhanat Obamda was sent off in the 55th minute.

Ivory Coast 2-2 South Africa: Elephants halted
