2026 World Cup - Germany: Julian Nagelsmann reassures about Jamal Musiala

Germany is set to kick off the 2026 World Cup with an opening match against Curaçao. Jamal Musiala's availability for this clash remains in doubt.

Following a 2-1 victory over the United States in their warm-up, Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann delivered an optimistic update on the condition of his star players, notably Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz.

"Jamal (Musiala) is getting better and better, Flo (Wirtz) has been at the top of his game for weeks now, even though he was injured or had health issues at Liverpool recently. Despite that, he's made tremendous progress this year. Both are extremely important players," Nagelsmann said.
