The second matchday of the group stage of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2025) promises some high-caliber showdowns. No fewer than six matches are simply unmissable.

After defeating Comoros (2-0) in the tournament opener, Morocco will look to confirm their status against Mali on Friday, hoping to secure their ticket to the round of 16. On the other side, the Eagles are eager to bounce back after being held to a draw by Zambia (1-1).

Earlier on Friday, Egypt face South Africa in a battle for the top spot in Group B. The Pharaohs had to dig deep to overcome Zimbabwe (2-1), while Bafana Bafana relied on their star Lyle Foster to clinch a win over Angola (2-1).

On Saturday, Senegal and DR Congo are set for a tantalizing clash, with Nigeria taking on Tunisia later in the evening. These heavyweight encounters will help decide the leaders of Groups C and D.
