Following the U-17 AFCON, it's now time for the U-20 AFCON which will take place in Egypt from April 27 to May 18, 2025.

Except for Cameroon, Mali, and Ivory Coast, all the major powerhouses of the continent will participate in this continental showdown.

Here are the 5 talents to watch in the Africa Cup of Nations (U-20 AFCON).

Farès Bousnina

The Tunisian forward is likely to be the main attraction of this continental tournament. At just 19 years old, the Nice player recently switched his sports nationality from French to Tunisian.

Naoufel El Hannach

The young Moroccan defender is considered one of the great hopes of Paris Saint-Germain. A versatile player, he can operate in the center of defense or on either flank.

Pierre-Antoine Dorival

The Senegalese midfielder is regarded as one of the best players of his generation at Olympique Lyonnais. Trained at the Saint-CΕ“ur academy, he joined the Gones in the last summer transfer window.

Precious Benjamin

The young Nigerian forward promises much with his physical and technical qualities as well as his opportunism. Trained in his home country at Grassrunners FC, he joined the German club Hoffenheim U19 during the last winter transfer window.

Samuel Ntanda

The Sampdoria winger will bolster the ranks of the Democratic Republic of Congo during this U-20 AFCON. He has 10 matches under his belt with the first team.
