The “Leopards” claimed victories against Mali’s Eagles with the narrowest of margins and over Madagascar with a 3-1 scoreline.
According to estimates from the specialized site “football-ranking”, DR Congo will move up two spots to occupy 59th place instead of 61st.

A remarkable rise for the two-time African champions, who are now on a run of four consecutive wins over South Sudan, Mauritania, Mali, and Madagascar.
Sébastien Desabre’s touch
Since taking charge of the “Leopards”, replacing Argentine Héctor Cúper, the French coach has recorded 16 wins, 8 draws, and 8 defeats in 32 matches.
An outstanding record for the White Wizard, who has been one of the main architects of the Congolese team’s return to the spotlight.
