DRC: The squad list against Senegal featuring Chancel Mbemba

Head coach Sébastien Desabre has unveiled a 25-man Leopards squad for the September international break. Chancel Mbemba, currently without a club, has been called up.

Ahead of their trip to South Sudan in Juba on September 5, and the high-stakes clash against Senegal on September 9 in Kinshasa, as part of the 7th and 8th rounds of World Cup 2026 qualifiers, Sébastien Desabre has put together a 25-man squad with no major surprises.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has received a call-up. The list also features several established names: Gédéon Kalulu, Edo Kayembe, Samuel Moutoussamy, Charles Pickel, Meschack Elia, Yoane Wissa, and Cédric Bakambu. Mbemba and Bertaud retain Desabre's trust despite being unattached to any club.
