The Qatari broadcasting network beIN Sports has released its official viewership data for the 2026 World Cup across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) confirming that the championship match between Spain national team and Argentina national team was the most watched fixture of the competition.

The network announced that the tournament decider which saw Spain secure a 1-0 extra time victory to lift the trophy, attracted a massive audience of 245.4 million viewers across the MENA region.

Alongside its traditional television broadcasting, beIN Sports achieved record breaking digital engagement figures throughout the tournament. The broadcaster recorded 7.77 billion video views across its online platforms while its social media posts generated 16.96 billion impressions reflecting the intense regional interest in the expanded 48 team competition.
