Fadlu Davids' Raja Club Athletic snapped a two-game winless run as they secured a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Ittihad Tanger in the Botola Pro League.

Abdellah Khafifi broke the deadlock in the 23rd minute, before Yahya Iguiz put the game to bed deep in stoppage time to ensure maximum points remain in Casablanca.

Raja climbed to third and are level on 23 points with log leaders Wydad Athletic Club and second-placed MAS Fes, who are coached by former AmaZulu mentor Pablo Franco Martin.

However, Davids' men have played three games more than their table-topping Casablanca rivals, who have CAF Confederation Cup commitments.

The South African mentor took over the reins from Lassaad Chabbi in September 2025, and has overseen 10 league games, winning five, drawing four and losing one match.

Davids and his troops return to action with a clash against defending champions, Moine Chaabani's RS Berkane on Thursday, 26 February.
