World Cup 2026: Which Arab clubs have the most players in the tournament?
Eight Arab national teams will compete in the 2026 World Cup finals, scheduled to kick off in North America from June 11.
Africa will be represented by Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Egypt, while Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, and Iraq will fly the flag for Asia.

Arab teams are aiming to make a major impact at this World Cup, building on the heroics of the Atlas Lions, who finished fourth in the previous edition.
In the following report, the clubs with the most players represented at the tournament.
Al Hilal on top
Saudi giants Al Hilal will be represented by 12 players at the 2026 World Cup, making them the leading Arab club and ranking eighth globally in terms of players at the tournament.
The "Blue Wave" have contributed seven players to the Saudi national team: Hassan Al-Tambakti, Nasser Al-Dawsari, Mohamed Kanno, Muteb Al-Harbi, Ali Lajami, Salem Al-Dawsari, and Sultan Mandash.
In addition, five Al Hilal foreign stars will feature for African, European, and South American national teams: Kalidou Koulibaly with Senegal, Yassine Bounou with Morocco, Theo Hernandez with France, Darwin Núñez with Uruguay, and Rúben Neves with Portugal.
According to the specialist website Transfermarkt, the market value of these players totals €93.7 million.

Three clubs tied for second
Three other clubs will be represented by nine players each at the World Cup: Saudi sides Al Ahli and Al Nassr, along with Egyptian powerhouse Al Ahly.
Al Ahli's squad includes three players for the Saudi national team, plus six foreign stars led by Algerian ace Riyad Mahrez.
Meanwhile, Al Nassr have provided six players to the Saudi national team, in addition to their Portuguese stars Cristiano Ronaldo and João Félix, and Senegal's Sadio Mané.
Egyptian champions Al Ahly have sent eight players to the Pharaohs' squad, plus one to the Atlas Lions: left-back Youssef Belamri.

Seven players for Al-Duhail
Qatari side Al-Duhail will have seven players in the 2026 World Cup, ranking fifth among Arab clubs for representation at the tournament.
The Qatari football powerhouse will see six of its players feature for the Maroons: Almoez Ali, Edmilson Junior, Salah Zakaria, Sultan Al-Breik, Tahsin Mohamed, and Karim Boudiaf.
Algerian star Adel Boulbina will also play at the global showpiece for the Desert Warriors after making his mark at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
