Genk: Tolu Arokodare discusses his ultimate goal for this season

Having delivered a brilliant and impressive season under the colors of the Limburg club, Tolu Arokodare makes no secret of his ambitions. He currently boasts 22 goals and 7 assists in 41 appearances across all competitions and is the linchpin of Genk's attack in this 2024/2025 campaign. Despite persistent transfer rumors linking him to the Premier League or Bayern Munich, the player remains focused on the collective mission: delivering a title to Genk.

"My main goal is to win the title. Scoring 20 goals is fantastic, but the aim is to win the major trophy with this club. Winning the championship would mean everything. This season, I’ve formed a strong bond with the fans, and it would truly make me happy if we could reward them with the title," Tolu Arokodare shared.

The pressure of the playoffs and fierce competition do not shake Arokodare's determination. Despite interest from English clubs like Newcastle and Fulham, he asserts his desire to stay focused on the end of the season and not be distracted by speculations about his future.

"I try to keep a cool head. The future remains uncertain, but, like many, I dream of the Premier League. For now, I am dedicated to Genk and our shared goal," concluded the Nigerian.
