After already reaching an agreement with Mohamed Amoura, Benfica has now taken a big step forward by putting a first offer on Wolfsburg's table.

Benfica continues to explore several profiles to fill the void left by Angel Di Maria. In recent days, the name of Algerian international Mohamed Amoura has been gaining serious traction.

In the last few hours, the Portuguese club has gone on the offensive. According to CNN Portugal, Benfica has just submitted a €27 million offer plus bonuses to Wolfsburg for Amoura.
