Montpellier: Alexandre Mendy officially announced!

Bissau-Guinean forward Alexandre Mendy will play for Montpellier next season, as we reported a few days ago. His transfer has just been officially confirmed.

Alexandre Mendy will indeed be wearing Montpellier’s colors next season. The 31-year-old striker, who underwent his medical on Friday morning, has now officially signed his new contract.

The former Caen player, who is the all-time top scorer in the history of the Normandy club, has signed a three-year deal with the Hérault side. In Ligue 2, the Toulon native will bring his wealth of experience to the front line and help MHSC return as quickly as possible to the top flight of French football.
