According to the local radio station "Jawhara FM", the transfer fee is around one million Tunisian dinars, which equals approximately €280,000.
At 27 years old, El Mestouri is set to sign a three-year contract with the Russian club after successfully passing his medicals.
The Carthage Eagles striker began his career at the amateur club Astre Sportif de Degache before moving to AS Jerid Tozeur, Étoile Sportive de Métlaoui, and then the Iraqi side Al Najaf, before joining Union Sportive Monastirienne in 2024.
Initially, the coastal club's management had rejected an official offer from Egyptian side Modern Sport for the player’s transfer, preferring to keep him. However, they later changed their stance and authorized his move to the Russian league.
Notably, during the 2024-2025 season, El Mestouri played 32 matches, scored 18 goals, and provided 3 assists, which boosted his market value to around €650,000 according to "Transfermarkt".
