With a wealth of talent playing across Europe, the North African squad stands out as the clear favorite for the ultimate crown at this Egyptian tournament.

A historic treble in sight?

After clinching the U-23 and U-17 Africa Cup of Nations, Morocco now has its sights set on a historic treble by lifting the flagship junior competition.

This resurgence of Moroccan football is no accident. The Cherifian Kingdom has invested heavily in infrastructure and youth development, which has had a positive impact on the domestic game.

This strategy has coincided with the emergence of several dual-nationality gems who play in the top five European leagues, as well as in Belgium and the Netherlands.
