Second round of the CAF Champions League on SABC 2
Namibia's reigning champions, African Stars, will contest the fixture in Botswana instead of at home, as no stadium in Namibia currently satisfies CAF's standards.
The Namibian side earned their place in this second preliminary round by overturning a deficit against AS Mangasport. Meanwhile, the Sea Robbers, under coach Abdeslam Ouaddou, are looking to bounce back after falling to rivals Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8 final last weekend — a response that came in the form of a spirited 3-0 win over TS Galaxy in the Betway Premiership in midweek.
Oswin Appollis, the Midfielder of the Season, faces a late fitness test after being stretchered off in that midweek clash; the 24-year-old's availability remains uncertain, and Ouaddou may opt to deploy Ghampani Lungu or Kabelo Kgositsile on the left wing.
