PL: Nicolas Jackson's winning return with Chelsea

The Senegalese international Nicolas Jackson returned to action with his club Chelsea on Thursday during the match against Tottenham (1-0) for the 30th round of the Premier League.

Freshly recovered from the injury that kept him from bolstering Senegal's ranks during the last international break, the Banjul native was brought on late in the match to replace Reece James.

Despite his limited playing time, the former Villarreal player made an impact on the Spurs' defense with his movements and deep runs.

His entry was crucial as it helped the London club maintain their lead, secured in the 50th minute through a goal by Argentine Enzo Fernández.
