On Thursday, Lucas Vazquez officially bid farewell to Real Madrid. A special ceremony was organized at the club to mark the occasion. Only Lunin and Kylian Mbappé made the trip for this event, despite it taking place during the squad's holiday break. Club legend Marcelo was also present.

Hours after the ceremony, Kylian Mbappé posted a message to the player on his social media. "My friend, it was a pleasure to share the dressing room with you this season. You were always fantastic with me from the very first day to the last. A legend on and off the pitch for the best club in the world, I wish you all the best for the future. Thank you so much for everything.", wrote the Frenchman.
