Once again, Antonio Rüdiger is setting his teammates straight after a lackluster showing. The German defender called out Real Madrid’s attack following last night’s defeat to Bayern.

On Tuesday night, Antonio Rüdiger didn’t hold back in criticizing his fellow defenders after Real Madrid’s 1-2 loss to Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinals. The German also made sure to send a message to the team’s attacking players.

"Both goals were gifts. Everything is still open thanks to Mbappé’s goal, our striker. It’s true we had chances to score more, but in the end, that’s how it goes. (...) 20 shots for just one goal? I think we need to shoot more, but with accuracy," the German center-back said in the mixed zone.
