Cristiano Ronaldo expected in Riyadh after the international break

According to sources cited by the Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper, the former Real Madrid and Manchester United star is set to return to Riyadh at the end of the international break.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is expected to join Al-Nassr's training sessions to prepare for the clash against Al-Najma SC, scheduled for April 3, as part of the Saudi Pro League campaign.

Meanwhile, Al-Nassr's coaching staff, led by Portuguese manager Jorge Jesus, has decided to grant the first-team players six days off after the game against Al-Khaleej FC, due to the international break linked to the FIFA matchdays.

Nicknamed "Al-Alami," Al-Nassr currently tops the Saudi Pro League standings with 64 points from 25 matches, holding a two-point lead over their closest rivals, Al-Ahli Saudi FC.
