The Algerian Olympic team (U23) kicked off a training camp this Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the National Technical Center in Sidi Moussa. Head coach Rafik Safi has called up a 24-man squad, all drawn from the domestic league, for this training camp, which will run until April 23.

The Olympic squad held their first training session on Sunday afternoon on the CTN pitches, with a deliberately light workload to kick off the camp in optimal conditions.
