Bryan Teixeira bounces back in Austria and signs with LASK Linz
Bryan Teixeira / LASK Linz

It's now official as of August 25, 2025! Bryan Teixeira is moving on and has signed with LASK Linz, a top-flight Austrian club. This transfer marks a new chapter in the career of the 24-year-old, who is determined to reignite his momentum in a highly competitive environment.

Arriving in January 2023, Bryan Teixeira joined Sturm Graz with high ambitions after making his mark at FC Liefering and Austria Lustenau. Known for his blistering pace and explosive dribbling ability, the Cape Verdean winger, however, never quite managed to secure a consistent starting role within the Sturm Graz squad. He was loaned out to FC Magdeburg for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons. Eager to reclaim a more central role in a sporting project, the Cape Verdean terminated his contract with Sturm Graz this summer.

A fresh start at LASK Linz

A free agent, Bryan Teixeira has joined LASK Linz, an ambitious side regularly competing at the top of the Austrian league. He's signed a two-year contract with an option for a third with the Linz-based club, which will also be playing in European competitions this season. This strategic move could provide Teixeira with the perfect environment to get his career back on track. LASK's attacking style of play seems tailor-made for Teixeira's strengths, giving him the chance to find both stability and renewed confidence.
