The Zambia Copper Queens are heading into this 2026 Women's AFCON with high ambitions, aiming to finally reach the next level by clinching the title.
Introducing Zambia
Having transformed from dark horses to genuine contenders in recent years, Zambia finished third in 2022 before suffering a major disappointment in 2024. Ranked 64th in the FIFA standings, Nora Häuptle's squad boasts a world-class attacking duo in Barbra Banda and Racheal Kundananji as they set their sights on the trophy.
