Malian midfielder Ibrahima Kébé is heading for new horizons as he lands in Portugal.

Now a free agent after terminating his contract with Girona, the 25-year-old Mali international has signed a two-year deal with FC Penafiel, a club competing in Portugal's second division. The announcement was made this Wednesday by the club on its official Instagram account, confirming the arrival of an experienced campaigner.

Originally from Bamako, Ibrahima Kébé is currently valued at €500,000 according to Transfermarkt. With this new challenge ahead, he hopes to reignite his career and bring stability and strength to the FC Penafiel midfield.
