Liverpool: Mohamed Salah, it's the end

Mohamed Salah is going through a tense period at Liverpool, to the point where Jamie Redknapp believes the relationship between the Egyptian star and the club has reached “breaking point.” According to the former Reds midfielder, it would be no surprise if the forward leaves Anfield as early as January, given how rapidly the situation appears to be deteriorating.

Benched for the last two games by Arne Slot, Salah has not hidden his frustration. The Dutch manager has even admitted that his player “was not happy about not starting”, while also praising his flawless attitude in training and unwavering professionalism.

Redknapp goes even further, stating that he would be “astonished” to see Salah see out his contract, which runs until 2027. The uncertainty surrounding Salah’s future is now fueling all sorts of speculation around Liverpool.
