Manchester City: Phil Foden signs contract extension (official)

Despite a rather mixed season, attacking midfielder Phil Foden continues to enjoy the full confidence of Manchester City’s management.

Indeed, on Wednesday, the Citizens officially announced the contract extension of the England international. He will remain at the club until June 2030. Having missed the 2026 World Cup this summer with England, the Skyblue will be under the spotlight and expected to deliver in the upcoming 2026-2027 campaign.

A product of the club’s academy, the England international has been wearing the Citizens’ shirt since 2017, racking up 369 appearances and netting 110 goals for the Manchester side.
