Mohamed Ali-Cho set to join Hull City
Mohamed Ali-Cho could soon continue his career in England. According to information from Fabrizio Romano, Hull City have reached a verbal agreement with Nice for the transfer of the 22-year-old French winger.
A departure from Nice is on the cards
Having joined Nice in January 2024 from Real Sociedad, Mohamed Ali-Cho is not expected to stay long on the Côte d'Azur, despite being under contract until summer 2028. The Frenchman now appears set for Hull City, the recently promoted Premier League side.
The two clubs are said to have reached a verbal agreement on a deal worth £13 million, with substantial add-ons if the English side manage to stay in the top flight. Last season, the former Angers player made 37 appearances in all competitions, notching five goals and four assists.
A profile with Ivorian and Moroccan roots
Born to an Ivorian father and a Moroccan mother, Mohamed Ali-Cho already boasts a wealth of experience for a player just 22 years old. Developed in France, with spells at Angers, Real Sociedad and Nice, the winger could now be on the verge of discovering a new league.
His arrival at Hull City would provide another attacking option for a club looking to strengthen its squad ahead of its return to the Premier League.
