Premier League: Manchester City crush Liverpool

Manchester City took control at the Etihad Stadium with a commanding 3-0 victory over Liverpool in the Premier League.

Erling Haaland opened the scoring in the 29th minute after an assist from Matheus Nunes. Nicolás González doubled the lead just before halftime, and Jeremy Doku netted the third in the 63rd minute.

This marks City's fifth win in their last six matches and their fifth consecutive home victory. With this result, Manchester City climb to second place in the standings, while Liverpool remain eighth.
