Pyramids Land Former Al Ahly Goalkeeper as Summer Reinforcements Continue
Pyramids FC have stepped up their activity in the ongoing summer transfer window, having recently completed the signing of 21-year-old defender Eyad El Askalany from Russian side Rostov.

Pyramids Secure Another Summer Signing
According to a source close to the club, quoted by FilGoal, Pyramids have reached a full agreement to sign former Al Ahly goalkeeper Hazem Gamal on a free transfer.
The 21-year-old became a free agent after leaving Al Ahly, where he made two senior appearances featuring against Al Mokawloon Al Arab in the Egyptian League Cup and Telecom Egypt in the Egypt Cup.
Hazem Gamal is expected to strengthen Pyramids' goalkeeping department following the retirement of veteran goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy. He will compete with Ahmed El Shenawy and Mahmoud Gad for a place in the squad ahead of the new campaign.
Pyramids FC are preparing for the new season through their training camp in Turkey, which includes four high-profile friendly matches. The first was against Iran's Persepolis.
