Real Madrid: Endrick's entourage puts pressure on José Mourinho
As speculation about a new loan move as early as the winter transfer window continues to grow, Endrick's entourage has clearly sent a message to the Madrid hierarchy.
In an interview with SportsBoom, Michael Yormack, president of Roc Nation Sports International, the agency that represents the player, revealed that Endrick's future would depend on how he is used over the coming weeks. The Brazilian's representative nevertheless stressed the need to offer him more opportunities.
"Endrick must play"
Michael Yormack continued by delivering a clear message: « We had an excellent conversation, he is extremely talented and really wants to play, so we'll see what happens. He loves Madrid, he loves the team and his teammates, but ultimately, when you think about the length of a career, it is short, and he wants to make the most of it. I think his first choice would be to stay at Real Madrid, but he must play ».
Under contract with Real Madrid until 2030, Endrick is not reported to be heading for a permanent departure, but what happens next will largely depend on the confidence José Mourinho places in him over the coming weeks.
